THE ROAD TO PARIS
On our Littlewing Athletics team, we have two athletes who are hoping to go the distance jusqu'à Paris: Carrie Mack and Theresa Hailey. Carrie and Theresa talk about their respective approaches to training, share personal racing stories and experiences, and share tips on what works for each of them.. and what definitely doesn't!
ROGA-LICIOUS COLOR COMBOS
What makes a style a true classic is how many ways it can get remixed with new colors and graphics and matching pieces. And with this in mind, here are some Roga-licious color combos you can play around with to achieve your personal runner vibe.
RUNNING TO PEDAL #NOT62
BX Girl Bike Gang was established in April of 2020 through an IG chat interested in biking with others. The common theme was the fear of biking solo through these city streets. As the chat outgrew the space, the account became a reality to share with others of the community being built- the crew is glowing, growing and showing the Bronx that we bike the streets and the paths alike.

50 YEARS OF TITLE IX: WHERE ARE WE NOW?
While attending Stanford, Rebecca not only took "The History of Women and Sports" class, she became a teaching assistant for it. And today, of course, she sees the effects of the ruling around her as she competes in professional track and field.

DO NOT OPEN UNTIL RACE DAY: POSTPARTUM PATIENCE EDITION

MY FAVORITE WAY TO COMMUNITY - THE OISELLE VOLÉE
Community. To some, gathering may be more magical in person, to others the magic comes from a mid-day check in direct message that gives you the boost you need to get through a tough day, and to others it might be being a part of a private digital group where you can connect to share ideas and source advice. These are all ways I tend to find my favorite type of community within our Oiselle Volée.
FIRST BRA STORIES: IT’S COMPLICATED
I recently reached out to my Oiselle Volée teammates to ask them about their ‘first bra stories,’ because I think that moment (or shopping trip or conversation) is often memorable (and sometimes traumatic). Thank you to my teammates sharing these stories! You can read about them in the blog.
