Return Policy

We accept returns from orders purchased at oiselle.com within 30 days of order receipt. All items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and must still have all tags attached. Returns that fall outside of this criteria are subject to rejection. We cannot accept returns on items that are marked as final sale.

For returns, we charge a handling / shipping fee of $10. For exchanges and returns for store credit, we are happy to waive this fee. You can start a return or exchange at returns.oiselle.com.

For items purchased from outside retailers, we ask that you return to the original place of purchase so they can take care of your return according to their policies.  They are equipped to work with our wholesale team for support.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when your order is delivered to our warehouse for our team to inspect and process your refund.
