COVID-19 Update

SHIPPING: Our warehouse is operational and shipping orders, but staffed with a smaller crew. In working closely with the State of Washington, the facility has put additional precautionary measures in place to ensure a clean, safe environment for our workers. Because of our reduced staff, please bear with us, as the speed at which we're able to fulfill orders may be impacted.

RETURNS: We will process web returns as quickly as possible, but please anticipate longer than expected processing times while we employ a smaller staff. To help compensate for this delay, we have temporarily extended our return window by an additional 15 days. As such, purchases can be returned for up to 45 days from receipt of purchase. All other return policies still apply. Thanks in advance for your patience.

GIFT CARDS: E-gift cards are still available to purchase on Oiselle.com! 
For physical gift cards, due to Washington State's order to “Stay At Home”, we are unable to fulfill those orders at this time.

Where are you?

Oiselle HQ is located in Seattle Washington. Yes, we do own a lot of umbrellas. Our Flagship Store opened in Seattle's University Village Shopping Center in July of 2015.

Shipping
We want shipping to be as easy as possible. So every order in the US and Canada ships for $8, no matter the order size. And, all orders over $75 ship for free! Please note that orders ship the following business day after the order is placed, and during times of high volume, orders may take up to three business days to ship from our warehouse. Expedited orders (2-day and Overnight) will ship the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges 
Returns are not a problem. We accept returns on all items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. Please note we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Please include your packing slip in your return. To return an item, simply write “return” next to the item name on the packing slip. Please allow two weeks for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse facility. At this time, we do not offer exchanges on orders placed on our website. Please reach out to us at hello@oiselle.com if you ordered an item that you would prefer to purchase in another size, and we can help you make that process as easy as possible.

Our models are real runners and, in some cases, employees at Oiselle HQ.

International Shipping 
We ship to many countries around the world. Don't see the country you are looking for during check-out? Email hello@oiselle.com to let us know you would like to see us ship to your location! 

All international duty and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Oiselle does not reimburse for international shipping fees. At this time, we do not offer the option to pay for customs and duty fees at the time of purchase.

Where are your clothes made? 
Since day one, we have worked with our mills, suppliers, and factory partners to create apparel that is responsibly sourced and produced. This includes evaluating the entire supply chain, from the fabrics and trims that go into our garments, to the packaging we use to ship to our customers. We also recognize that ethical and responsible sourcing is an ongoing goal that is constantly evolving, and with each season, we have the opportunity to improve our practices and reduce our waste.

Among other steps, Oiselle:
- Chooses Blue Sign fabrics whenever possible. We work with industry leading mills, such as Polartec and Schoeller, because they create fabrics that adhere to Blue Sign standards and/or are sourced from recycled materials.
- Works with Primaloft as our fill supplier for insulation, for responsibly sourced synthetic down blends.
- Only uses ZQ Certified Merino Wool from New Zealand that has laws protecting animal welfare.

Finally, we have established deep and long-term partnerships with our factory partners, including those in Vietnam, China, Turkey, Costa Rica, and the US. We visit our factories in person to further those relationships and ensure fair labor practices.
