What is your favorite quote that guides, inspires, or embodies your training/racing/life?
How you do anything is how you do everything.

What was your favorite sport in middle school?
In middle school, my favorite sport was running. I played field hockey and lacrosse, but felt much more comfortable running to the ball than when I actually got there. Middle School was when I joined the distance crew. So much of middle school--and life--is finding a sense of belonging and that crystallized for me being a part of those practices.

Can you share your first sports bra experience?
For as much as athletic clothes dominate my wardrobe now, I did sports in all cotton everything for a long time. I think it was white and definitely not wicking.

What is your absolute favorite piece of #flystyle and why?
Spandos are my favorite! The fit and feel are amazing, though I really cannot get over the patterns! My sisters and I trade collections regularly to keep it fresh!

If you could give one piece of advice to a 12 year old girl, what would it be?
Don't worry about what anyone else thinks. There is no such thing as perfect. Sleep! That was 3. And also very applicable to women of all ages.

Tell us about your favorite place you have ever traveled to:
I lived in Argentina for a Semester when I was in college and there's something special about being about to explore a place in depth over time. Patagonia was gorgeous and it was lots of outside time with friends.

What alternative career do you fantasize about?
It can be very easy to glorify interests as amazing jobs. I love teaching, but I've definitely thought about cooking, farming, and physical therapy! I wish professional reader was a job.

What is your superpower?
Kindness.
