This weekend is definitely action packed in the Oiselle Team world! HQ is not only excited about hosting Lauren's baby shower but we are also looking forward to hearing about several of our athlete's races. Lot's of women out there racing with the anticipation of some great marathons ahead; Boston less than a week away! Here are a few of the highlight races this weekend:

Mollie Turner, Amanda Scheer, Stephanie Viloria, Amanda Parrish, Stephanie JImenez, Jenna Embrey, Jocelyn Bonneau, and Nicole Hart

 

The Go St. Louis elite field that Melissa is racing with will be awesome! Some of the top entries - 24 year old Maegan Krifchin with a time of 1:10, veteran marathon star Tera Moody who was 6th at Chevron Houston Marathon, Mattie Suver who was the 3rd American at World Cross Country Championship in Poland, Ethiopia's Hirut Guangal, and Kenya's Sarah Kiptoo who has a half PR of 1:14.

I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required!
