"The Mie Tank is my favorite this season! I love the high neckline and thin straps. This has been my go to top for yoga class this spring. Pairing it with the stride shorts makes for a great workout outfit. I love doing tempos in the strides because they help me feel race ready. I always feel fast in this outfit!"

"Summer starts when Oiselle Swim hits the water! Of course. I took the Rizzo Bikini on my trip to the Caribbean last month, and it was a gem. Best suit for diving, swimming, running the beach, cannonballing off a catamaran. It's the suit of summer, athletic in nature, but sassy in style."

"Track workouts when it is a little chillier out - early morning workouts. I love the Izumo Short Sleeve's fabric and the New Lesley Knickers always make me feel fast and keep my muscles warm when I am doing shorter intervals on the the track. I wore this combo this week for my track workout and I felt comfortable and fast."

"When I first put on the Okuni tank, I was so excited with how amazing it fit and how incredibly soft the fabric is. The cut and design are awesome! I've worn it running once but prefer to wear this tank with distressed jeans or cutoff shorts and sandals. Perfect for a night out hanging with friends!"

"The Third Eye Tank is my favorite this season. I bought it in Rio Red which I love, but I'll also be buying it in Black- this would be so easy to dress up! The Plya Tech body fabric lays so nicely against your skin- never clingly. The Plya Veil fabric at your shoulders and back gives this tank gorgeous detailing."

Core Routine For Runners: The Dozen
I was introduced to the "The Dozen" in the winter of 2012 by my favorite Oregon running family. I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required! You can do this on a grass field, in your hotel room, or really anywhere you can lay on a flat surface.
Reflecting on the Year of the Underbird
This past August, we launched our Year of the Underbird program: an open application for aspiring Olympic Trials marathoners, with a promise to select 5 women for a 6 month contract encompassing a stipend, gear, storytelling, and community support.
