Fits well, lightweight, a keeper
Have been looking for such a shell vest (without a hood) for a while and this vest is it! Runs 1/2 size large... Im usually a size large, 8-10 in athletic tops across all brands and this large is slightly loose which I like. Has a lightweight drawcord at the bottom that keeps it in place. 5'5" and the length is at the upper thigh. Water resistant- running in a downpour for an hour and ended up only damp. Stays in place. So light that I forget I'm wearing it. A keeper!

The perfect shell for rainy runs. Lightweight, stays in place, doesnt ride up at all because of a thin cord at the bottom. I forgot I was wearing it. No hood which is a bonus for me bc I hate flopping hoods. Runs a touch big. Im a large in almost all athletic tops, size 6-8 top, and bought a large which is loose but not baggy. Water resistant.... Used this in a downpour and I came out damp, but it could have been much worse. I thought $100 was initially pricey for a shell, but after using it Im very pleased. It will be a go to piece that I have been look for

Amazing!
You guys! This vest! Itโs perfect for fall weather in Chicago. I wore it over my long sleeve Flyte tee for a chilly, rainy 55 degree 5K and it was perfect. My core was warm and dry while everything else got drenched. I just I just wore it over a tank in a humid 65 degrees and it was perfect. Iโm busty (36DD) so I got an XL so I could layer. Probably could have gotten an L but Iโm really pleased with the fit. Iโm on the petite side, itโs longer in the back and it just covers my butt. The pockets are big and it has a nice reflective stripe for visibility. This will carry me through the fall season!

warmer than expected
Fit: the sizing was good. I am a 4 in tops and a 6 in bras, and I ordered a small. No need to size up. I tried a medium and it was too big.
Now, the function: I layer with a vest for most of my cold runs (30-50ยบ), and while bike commuting. I get way too hot in jackets so vests are usually perfect. Unfortunately, despite how thin it is, the vest is too good at what it does... almost like a rain jacket, it doesn't breathe much. I have finished each run and ride that I've worn it on with a damp, sweaty lower back. It's not the worst thing, but it's uncomfortable.
I wish I had known just how warm this makes you.

Perfect for a stormy Boston!
I've run in this vest all winter and it's been perfect for Seattle weather... not too warm like a jacket might be, just perfect. It really proved itself at Boston this week however where it kept the wind off my core even tho I was soaked through. I think it played a big part in me hitting my A goal and requalifying for next year. Love it!
