Great Layer

I was very hesitant to buy a long sleeve top in Texas in the summer, but this keeps the sun off of my skin and doesn't make me want to crawl out of it in the heat!

I was worried this would make me feel overheated during hot summer runs, but it felt cool and light the whole time. It was not sticky even under very sweaty conditions! I wish it were slightly longer for those of us with very long torsos, but it still covers what it needs to and is very comfortable. I love the watch opening and thumb holes.

If you run in the southeast this shirt is for you

Even with waking up at the butt crack of dawn, you can’t really beat the heat in the southeast. Summer running means humidity and near 100 degree heat index. The shirt has saved me. The UV protection is key for me and the material does its job to keep me from overheating after a few hours of a hilly run. It’s so good, I have bought two as gifts for friends. Runner or not, if you are outside and deal with the heat/humidity, this is a great option.
