Long Roga lovers rejoice. More pockets for long distance adventures. All the originals remain: center back waist pocket and side front zip pocket, but now with the addition of our unique 360 waistband pocket design that is perfect for holding items for which you want easy access. Like all Rogas, the waistband is wide and flat for comfort, made from our Plya™ Compression fabric, and the body of the shorts use a special woven with 4-way stretch and a mid-weight that drapes beautifully, not too light or too heavy. Pocket up, and power on!

Love love them

The don’t ride up when I run, look cute for casual wear and I can fit my phone, dog poop bags and dog treats all in the belt. I’m gonna get a second pair.

Runs small

The shorts themselves are solid, and I like all of the extra pockets compared to standard long rogas, but I had to return my first order and get a size up because these run so small compared to past long roga releases. I have been running in long rogas for years and the sizing has slowly been getting smaller. Current size 8 is about the same as past size 6.

Favorite Running Shorts

I love these shorts!! It's hard to find longer shorts and these are the perfect length. I also love being able to put my phone and gels in the waste band and get to them easily. I ant one in every color!!

while I still like them, and they still fit me - this version is a bit smaller than my previous versions in both the liner and the waist.
