The marathon in LA on February 13, 2016 was huge. HUGE! And Oiselle turned up the cowbell volume to 11! We wanted to capture this incredible weekend (hello, 18 women qualifiers in new Oiselle kits). In addition to the athletes, we wanted to capture what we call OISELLE MAYHEM... the people, the energy, the love, the fun, and the action all around this moment.

So turn your computer or smartphone volume up high - and watch 3 minutes of BIRDS TAKE LOS ANGELES! And again, thank you to everyone who showed up with their positivity for this weekend. It was our honor to be there with you cheering, hugging, high fiving! Head up, wings out!!

I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required!
