Oiselle Team Heads To Club XC Nationals

This weekend hundreds of athletes are converging on Golden Gate Park for the Club XC team nationals!

The women's open race will have a talented field of young women including some of our favorites: Laura Thweatt, Addie Bracy, Katie Mackey, Jen Rhines and of course, crowd favorites amongst our flock of runners: Mel Lawrence, Collier Lawrence, Megan Rolland and Dominique Jackson! Our Volée team is fielding three scoring teams: a Washington Open team, Washington Masters team and a California Open team. In order to score as a team in the open race you need at least five women on your team and in the masters race at least 3 runners are required. Both fields race 6k over grass and unpaved paths with rolling hills. You can be sure to see a flock of Volée singlets out there on the course!

I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required!
