FLOW LONG SLEEVE
We're thrilled to bring the new Flow fabric to life in this beautiful long sleeve. Don't let its lightness fool you; it's ready to work hard in any workout, on any run. Wear testers love wearing this layer, even in warmer climates, because you can forget it's there. The 2-knit texture wicks away moisture like a champ, much like our always-popular Flyout Collection. Plus, we added the details athletes know and love: our unique watch window design, plus thumb holes. A contrast stripe trim at the neck and cuffs offers an appealing design element, and the whole garment just flows.
- Flow Hoverfit (nylon / polyester)
- watch window on both sleeves
- 24" body length (size small)
First, the good. I bought the yellow color and it’s beautiful. For reference I’m 5’9”, 115lbs. I bought the small. It’s trim without being overly snug or tight. The fabric feels wonderful. However (now the bad), I’ve never spent this much on a shirt and was so excited about it. I put it on, drove to my running spot and looked down and there was already a hole in the front. No kids, no pets, no jewelry, no watch to catch on it. I’m so bummed that I wasted so much money. I should have listened to the other reviews.
I generally love all things Oiselle, but this material is super flimsy. It already had a snag right out of the bag that I didn't notice until I was driving to meet friends to run. I trimmed the string that was hanging off and now there's a hole in the shirt. I love the look of the flow material but I wouldn't recommend purchasing it.
My first outing in this top was in the high 30s wearing it under a wind vest and I’ve also worn it into the 50s when you start out needing a long sleeve but end up rolling the sleeves up. It’s fab as a base layer in the 20s too. Literally a top that does it all; can’t go wrong.
I love the slightly sheer aspect on hotter days with a cute sports bra underneath. The watch window is awesome, and I like that the torso isn’t too baggy, so you don’t have a bunch of flapping fabric on windy days. It’s also nice and stretchy for rolling those arms up if needed. I love the Flyout collection, but Flow is even lighter with a more dialed-in fit, so might be my new favorite.❤️
I'm happy with this purchase. The lapis/crackle color is fantastic. I live in a tropical climate so I don't need this to provide much warmth. I'm looking for coverage to help with protection from the sun in a light-weight material and this meets that purpose well. I'm 5'0", 110 lbs, small chested, and tend to order Oiselle tops in XS or Small. I ordered a small for this one and it's slightly loose in a way that is still flattering. I can easily layer it over another shirt. The arms and overall length are a tad long for me but better than other brands I've tried. I would consider going down to an XS for a more fitted look and would probably do so if other colors ever get restocked (please do, Oiselle!). I LOVE the opening for my watch. The material is very thin and fairly loosely woven, and I wash mine in a garment bag to keep it from getting snagged.
This is a pretty phenomenal textile! It’s really breathable, unbelievably comfy, and durable for its weight. This is my favorite of the ultra light textiles Oiselle has made!
This running top is part of my first Oiselle purchase, and it did not disappoint. It is lighter and looser than I imagined, but in a good way, like top notch long underwear. I am an athletically built middle-aged mom - 5’1” and a small or extra small in most clothes, just for reference, and the size small in this Flow Long Sleeve allows me to layer both under and over it for cold New England winter runs. I also reach for it when skiing and snow shoeing. No doubt when it is my only long layer, I will enjoy the watch hole - my watch fits in it just fine. Thanks for a great product!
I bought the yellow version of this shirt and it is embarrassingly sheer. It also runs small. At least a full size small. This shirt is way too thin to be of any use in the cold. And it's too tight and clingy to be comfortable in the heat. With how sheer it is, I don't think it would protect agaisnt the sun either. I'm not sure what the point of this shirt is. I'm really disappointed that I paid full price. Although I'd be disappointed with this at almost any price. I do not recommend this shirt. Also, lol at wearing this on the trail. It will get ripped to shreds in no time. It catches on EVERYTHING and causes the material to pull. I don't know how this shirt got such good reviews.

This is the 3rd gen Flow shirt for me. The fabric changes a bit each time, assume because they’re so fragile. Perfect base layer for running here in the mtns.
I do shred the thumb holes and elbows(?) pretty quickly. New/different material for the cuffs so maybe will hold up better. I just cut the sleeves & turn into Ts when they get too frayed. While I’d love for these to last longer, I’ll keep buying because they’re such perfect running weight for me!
