Inspired by trail runners who complained of regular sports bra straps digging into shoulders (underneath hydration packs), the Flyout Bra was designed to solve for that, as well as provide better storage and support. A center back phone pocket is made of power mesh, secure and easy to access. The chest band is extra wide, as are the shoulder straps. The higher neck, and our Power Plya™ fabric come together to provide a more supportive bra for C/D cups as well.
- Power Plya (polyester/spandex)
- Plya Power Mesh lining
- new removable cup with more coverage
- mesh pocket at top of back fits phone
- compression level: 2
I LOVE this bra! It’s secure and the phone doesn’t jump or wiggle around on your back. The sizing is a little small but it worked for me still. Can oiselle pls make more of these!??! I want to order all the colors!
I love to listen to music while I run, but the mechanics of carrying a phone have never been quite right. Between the shoulder blades is the perfect place for a no-jiggle pocket.
I got a size 4 and the coverage/support is plenty for me (normally 32C)
It's comfortable, easier to get on than most pull over bras, and the deisgn of the phone pocket is what I was looking for. I hate hip packs and arm bands and don't even mind carrying my phone in cooler weather. I, however am on the larger side, and usually get sports bras that are 10,12 or large and some xlarge depending on the brand. Even when I am smaller my boobs are still not. I wear a 38 or 40D and this just doesn't offer the support some bras do. The cut is too low for a full chested gal that does not want to show cleavage. It may be ok for lounging around in but when you are 30 lbs over your ideal weight and wanting to run, this bra will not cut it. I also did not like the removable cups. No one wants to deal with those moving around every time you wash a sports bra which is often.
This is easily one of the most well-designed running bras on the planet. I have 2 in every color Oiselle has ever made. The fit is snug, but it's not restrictive. My phone fits perfectly and doesn't move/bounce at all when I'm running. The extra wide straps are so nice on long runs, too. Do not hesitate to buy this bra--it will sell out just a few weeks after the new season colors are released! I'm a small 32A and the size 2 fits me like a glove.
I love this! Please make more! Maybe in wool for winter!
I went with my usual size 4. I wear a small and am a 34A in bra size. I absolutely love it. The fit is nice and snug, but not suffocating, and I love that it has removable pads. The first time I wore it I chaffed under one arm, but granted it was a humid, rainy day and I usually chafe in that environment. My phone fits nicely too, no moving around and stays dry.
I ordered this bra during the birthday sale a few weeks ago. I haven’t ever ordered from Oiselle before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This bra is fantastic! I’m busty and a runner. The combination can lead to some uncomfortableness if I’m not wearing something supportive enough. So I always go a size down and try to squeeze everything in so the girls won’t move. That’s also not comfortable, but at least things stay in place. I ordered a 10 (I’m normally a 34DD) and I could not have asked for more. I was worried because the bra is a little loose in the shoulders. It actually probably fits, but just seems loose because it isn’t digging into my skin. I’ve gone for 6 runs now with it and I can say I haven’t even noticed it. The bra also doesn’t get too wet or smelly, so it can be worn multiple times. My previous bras would get soaked and trying to take them off to shower was a huge pain.
The pocket is a wonderful addition. I hate using fanny packs for my runs and the pocket fits my phone perfectly and holds it in place during my run.
I will be ordering more of these when they’re back in stock and throwing all my old sports bras out. This thing was a game changer for me.
Oiselle's Bras For Girls program is a testament to the importance of feeling good in your body and in your bra. I could get really detailed about this review like, you know how sometimes you try and put a pull over style bra on and it ends up twisting and you almost pop your shoulder out trying to pull it down in the back? Well, the way this is cut, not strappy, makes it easy to pull off and on, even when sweaty it is easy, like a shirt. It is great as a crop in hot weather or yoga class. The pocket is super convenient. The wide shoulder strap: YES. The purple this year, yum.
Size: I have two from last year and two from this year. This year's is ever so slightly longer and a tinsy bit bigger in band. I like this year's better, especially the ever so slightly longer body. I wear all four but this years is just a bit more comfortable for me.
On long runs I do have to readjust/lift and resettle the boobs, but I do that with any bra. After breastfeeding two kids, it is what it is!
Fit: 5'10" 150ish lbs, 34 D and I wear a size 8.
