The marathon Olympic Trials (#TrialsByFire) was an explosion of #runlove, athleticism, and a joyous embrace of all things team. We are so grateful to have captured video footage of our fashion show and dance party. Good times will happen again! I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required!
