Long Flyte Shorts

I really want to give these a GREAT rating but sadly, they are not great. I think that they are perfectly adequate. I anticipated that these would be compressive as they state "seamless compression short." That terminology should be changed. These are not compressive. At all. At 5'4" and 138 pounds I purchased a medium and they fit a bit like pajamas. I will say they are comfortable and I even wore them to run the San Diego Half Marathon but compressive they are not. With them being a bit too loose they did ride up the inside of the thigh a bit also. I will probably purchase again but definitely will be buying small and maybe even hoping someday they'll make an XS.

I received these as a gift. I never wore any oiselle clothing before, so I had no expectations. My immediate impression was that they felt exactly like a pair of Jockey slip shorts I used to own, which is much different than what I expected from a pair of running shorts. Nevertheless I tried them while do a HIIT workout and they mostly stayed in place (I had to pull up the waistband a few times) and the moisture wicking seemed to do its job. I'm 5'2" normally size 6 with a mom belly, so I like the high waistband and slight compression of these shorts. Overall I'd recommend these if you're looking for a pair of workout shorts that won't move around too much.

I bought my first pair of long Flyte shorts last year. They were WONDERFUL. They were, in fact so wonderful that I promptly bought two more pairs. When it's hot, they feel like nothing. The waist band is perfect and the legs don't squeeze. I bought two pairs of this years version and they just aren't as wonderful. The non-squeezing waist and legs are still perfect and the fabric is too, but they are shorter in the waist. They fit a big lower on my hips and I just don't love them.

Oiselle: fix this. Please. The long Flyte shorts were perfect and now they just don't fit right.

On first impression, these shorts seem great! They're soft, comfortable, feel like they won't ride up when I take them for a run. The lapis color is beautiful. I just wish they came in more sizes. I'm usually a 4, sometimes a 2 in O bottoms. The small in these "fits" and looks fine, but feels loose in the waist. They definitely don't have the compressive feel I would expect from shorts like this.
