Well, I already know I love Roga shorts and I was genuinely conflicted about what size to get. Many reviewers said the cut is different and blousy and baggy. I am a pear shaped 155, 5’7” lady and size 8 Rogas are my typical fit so I decided to play it safe and order the same size. I’m glad I stuck to my usual size instead of size down one. The fit isn’t as baggy as I thought but it’s true that the cut is not the usual Roga cut. I’m used to the sleek cut of Rogas but these seem reminiscent of those baggy diaper-butt shorts I wore 10 years ago. They don’t seem to skim the leg as cooly and now I am concerned that the blousy fabric will cause a bunch up where.... ahem.... you don’t want bunching up. Yep, my lady bits are still there when I run. However, I don’t necessarily love shorts that tell that to other runners. Sigh. I hope the pictures are helpful to others, but I am asking Oiselle to go back to the previous cut. The BB blue is a beautiful color.
These shorts run fast and furious!
