Run lovers, we are nearing the end of our six-week challenge. What an incredible start to 2016!
Take a look at everything you accomplished…
Week one: we set goals and made plans.
Week two: we strengthened our love for the run.
Week three: we went on a speed date.
Week four: we run-discovered new routes.
Week five: we whipped up some love in the kitchen.
Our final challenge this week is to send your run lover a Valentine! But not any 'ol Valentine. Before sending, make a list of all of the challenges you accomplished over the past couple of weeks and pick one challenge or goal that you plan to take on for the rest of 2016. Write it down, and share it with your run lover.
We encourage you to check back in with your run lover throughout the year and send each other little bits of runspiration to keep the motivation high and the love for the run alive. Good luck to all running a Valentine's dash this weekend. Let your run love fly!
