Small fit, scratchy fabric.

I have run in this top a few times now. It breathes well, but the material feels rough and scratchy with chafing under the arms on anything longer than a 5K. My usual size small is too tight in the shoulders and chest (126 lbs., 5'5", 34B). Everyone else seems to love it, but I would not recommend.

love love love

This tshirt is my favorite one I own. It's generously sized (My usual size 6 was a perfect, flowy fit) and is super functional. I want a million more colors!

Lightweight and breezy

This top is the ideal piece for sunny long runs full of sweat. I did a long run in this shirt and it stayed loose while not feeling baggy like some other shirts that hold in the sweat over time. It's light and so comfortable. A little sheer in the Tide color, but not uncomfortable. I ordered in medium (my usual size) and it fits perfectly in the shoulders.

Praise hands!

My favorite running top! The fabric is so breathable and lightweight -- even in the heat of the summer it's never heavy or sticky. If you want a looser fit, size up, but I found this to run TTS. This top will be a staple of your spring, summer AND fall running wardrobe!

Really love this top, would get more if there’s a bigger variety of colors available! I’m a 2 or 4 in Oiselle... went with a 4 in this one and that’s about right! Longer than the Hawkeye top.

Favorite Tee

This is my favorite Oiselle short sleeve tee! It’s lightweight, simplistic, and hard working. I absolutely love the light weight sweat wicking fabric. The fit is just perfect now that they’ve added slightly more fabric to the length. It’s perfect for spring to summer and summer to fall transitions. I went with size 2 as I wear the shirt by itself, if you want a more relaxed fit or to be able to comfortably have layers underneath you might want to go up one size. I’m usually between size 2/4 in O tops, wear 4 in lux raglan and prefer 4 in Hawkeye. I have wide shoulders/rib cage and a longer torso for my 5’5” frame. If you have the flyout long sleeve choose the same size for the short sleeve.

Just buy it already.

I tried this top for the first time today. I ran in it, and then did some bodyweight workouts. When I was done, I literally did not want to take it off. I can't even describe the material except to say that if heaven were a shirt, this would be that shirt. I wish I were joking, but I honestly don't know if I can wear another material on my body ever again. (Ok maybe that's exaggerating... but it's really that good). Overall, I'd say the fit and cut is great. Although the top is fitted, this magical fabric just doesn't seem to constrict you in any way, as some others tend to do. I cannot say enough good things. For reference, I'm 5'5" 125 and I have a size 4.

A shirt that doesn't cling!

Living in Texas, I need shirts that don't cling, are breathable, and lightweight. Over the summer I lived in the flyout tank top and now as I transition into the fall I have worn the flyout short sleeve and love it! I was able to wear it in the low 70's and high humidity and it still lived up to its name! I was concerned at first by the length of the shirt but I find that it's the perfect length. I'm 5'6" and it falls right below my hip bones. If you haven't tried out the flyout material, I HIGHLY recommend. It helped me survive another hot and humid summer.

Awesome shirt! Size up

I had been eyeballing the flyout collection for MONTHS, and finally pulled the trigger at the end of summer on one of these. I'm around an 8 or so in Oiselle tops - the flyte top in M fits me perfectly. I ordered an 8 in this top, though I wanted to order a 10 since I had a hunch it would fit more loosely like on the models in all the promo images (but 10 was sold out in all colors). My hunch was right - 8 fits fine, not skin tight but definitely a bit more fitted. So, if you're between sizes and want a more flowy fit, definitely size up. Also, another inch or so more in length would be great on this top, though I have a long torso to begin with.

Other than the fit issues, I LOVE this fabric. It's light and super breathable in hot and sticky weather, but also somehow feels warm and cozy on bare skin in cooler temps. The cut is perfect - didn't have to fuss to adjust it at all on the run. Might need to pick up one of the long sleeve versions!

Great staple for your running wardrobe!

I purchased the snap color in the first release of this top and wore it constantly during warm runs. I had wished it was just a little longer.

I purchased the slate and big blue colors in the second release of this top and love the longer length. Such a versatile top. The slate color is amazing!

Best Fabric Yet

I'm very particular about the fabrics I choose to run in. Too many are clingy (in all the wrong places) or don't wick sweat as well as they claim or don't last in the wash. This running top, along with the tank top version, are absolutely perfect. This is the best fabric for sweat wicking, hiding body flaws (imagined or real), resisting chafing and keeping me cool. I would buy every future running top in this fabric if I could. I am 5'6", 27" waist, 36" chest B cup and the 6 fits great - not too clingy but not a sack either.

  • flattering fit, great for sweat wicking, no chafe, holds up well in the wash

the best!

This is my favorite top. I prefer to run in sleeves so I don't get too much sun on my long runs. The heat management is fantastic even in high humidity, and the design is very flattering. It's a bit shorter than some, but I actually like that it's not too long. I love Snap! I've even worn hiking multiple times and I love it so much!

Great shirt - bring back white!

I got this shirt in midnight - wear it for CrossFit and dance class too, and love it. Saw it in white, but don't see it now - hope you bring it back!

I love this top, while the pattern itself isn't super exciting, the fabric is SUPER breathable, making me feel cool even in the southern humidity and heat. I'm 5'6"; and 130lb and ordered a 4, it fits fine, but probably would have liked a 6 better for a little more length and a tiny bit more room in the belly (though It's not form fitting). Also since the fabric is a little bit of a looser weave, it snags easier than your normal running fabrics. If you live anywhere that gets hot and humid, you need this shirt in your wardrobe!!

I love this top in all weather!

I have worn this in Palm Springs heat and Vermont winter (as a base layer) and it is my new GO TO. Very wicking, I never feel wet and I am a heavy sweater. I cant wait to get it in the tank and long sleeve too! I love that it is a bit looser of a fit around the belly area as well and has great stretch. The cut is perfect on me!
