LUX LIFE ROBE
IT'S A LUX ROBE. Which means it's a lot of Classic Lux, in a really generous cut, with big handsy pockets and an easy-tie belt. It's the solution to pretty much any cold morning, early rise, or lounge-y moment. It's a fabric hug, a warming layer, and a stylish design all in one. Get your rest day started right. Or any day for that matter. Lux will enrobe you.
- Classic Lux (polyester / spandex)
- waist tie closure with loops
- front hand pockets
- 40" body length (size sm/md)
I was super excited about this robe until I wore it. The lux fabric is amazing - it’s thick & soft & feels amazing on your skin. The design of this robe makes it not very functional though. The bell sleeves catch on or droop into Everything. My baby is constantly grabbing them too. You can’t roll them up - they just flop around. And bc the opening is so wide, they don’t keep my arms very warm either. I was hoping to wear the black as both a robe and a cardigan but the sleeves drive me crazy. I’m also not a fan of the combo sizing - there’s just so much extra material to the L/XL. Would like to see diff sleeves and single letter sizing in the future. Keep the material tho! The robe and Kami lux feel silkier than the base layer lux used for the LS & leggings. I love it!
I got this in the Ivory/White and the color is awful. It has a brownish tint that looks like it’s just already dirty or was washed with the darks and is forever ruined. I knew it wasn’t going to be white but it’s bad. The actual worst part though is that the ivory/white fabric also isn’t nearly as soft as the black or blue LUX fabrics. I was too eager and took off the tags or else I would have returned it. Don’t get the ivory/white, and this will probably be a win.
Donna from Parks and Rec would say "Treat Yo'Self!!!" and I fully second that and say buy this. I have long dreamed of a lux robe and my dreams have come true! ♥♥ This robe has it all: it's classy, has the amazing fabric of lux, pocket, pretty dog hair resistant. What more do you want from a bathrobe? I can't think of anything. I'm 5'3" and got the S/M in Grounded/Grounded. It hits me about mid shin. If you are debating, just go for it, you won't regret it.
