The top part of my hands is always cold to the point where it hurts (I start needing to cover them in the 50's, when I'm still wearing light shirts and short sleeves), but my fingers are ok until it freezes. I dislike gloves unless it's really cold, because I end up overheating and I don't like losing my sense of touch. Long sleeves shirt with thumbholes are either not warm enough for my hands, or don't cover the knuckles (I have long arms), or I just want to run in short sleeves.
I was actually planning on buying a second pair of lux gloves and cutting the fingers off (blasphemy!). Enter the glovers. Prayers answered! Thank you O!
I received them today and took them for a (very) short run to test. What can I say about the fabric, they're lux, you don't need to know more. They are longer on the wrist than I expected, which is great. They will cover a watch. They're also the perfect length on the hand, just like the picture. They cover the knuckles, and they don't move. They are so soft, and so comfortable. I suspect they will also be great at wiping sweaty foreheads and runny noses.
If I had one wish, it would be for the thumb hole to be the horizontal kind instead of just one big hole, which offers better protection. And maybe a watch window.
Oh, and the same in PowerOn fabric for the winter, pretty please?
