How to Measure

Grab a soft tape measure and use the diagram below to take accurate body measurements.

Chest: Using a measuring tape, measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure to keep the tape measure as horizontal as you can.

Inseam: Standing with straight legs, measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle bone.
