Description

The Vigor Vest is a lightweight, water-resistant top layer that's ideal for moderate weather protection as well as temperature regulation. It'll keep you dry when the forecast gets gloomy, but is breathable enough to keep you from heating up as the miles go by. The vest also features a safety-first reflective design on the chest and back panels, helping to announce your presence to cyclists and drivers on dark early-morning and evening runs. In addition to full zip hand pockets, one turns into a self-storage front pocket. It's got an elastic strap, for easy carrying in hand, or on your arm for hands-free movement, when the sun comes out.

Nice windproof vest! If it could fold into itself or have a back pocket it would be better but it does what it needs to do

First choice

I use this vest for 80% of my cooler New England runs. It's primarily a windbreaker for me but it's kept me dry before. Nice and light, a bit of reflection for all the cars trying to give me a gentle caress. I use this for both exercise and casual now. Washes well and air dry.

Good vest

This is a good vest. The only concern I have is the zippers - they don't seem very smooth or durable, so I anticipate they could break before long like another reviewer mentioned. Otherwise, like the vest a lot. Wore it over a long sleeve shirt for a 40F lightly breezy run and it performed beautifully. I felt neither too hot nor too cold, I love the ivory for matching versatility and improved visibility in the dark. Fit was nice - I took a chance and went for a S, my pre-baby size. I'm still a little bigger than pre-pregnancy at 29w and 38h, 30in under bust, but the S fits fine. Close but not tight at all. Would be tough if busty, but since I'm done lactating and the girls have shriveled back to near nonexistence (lol) no issues there.

Love this vest but the zipper broke after less than a year

I bought this vest in black in January 2019. I really really loved this vest - it's the perfect lightweight addition I needed for those chillier morning runs. The reflective stripes are awesome too. However, the zipper broke way too soon, as I planned to use this vest for years to come -since I don't wear it very often, and especially with the price tag of it. I took it to a nearby alterations shop, but they wanted $49 to replace the zipper and that felt too steep after having paid about $100 for the vest. I just have a really hard time finding the perfect weight in a vest anywhere else!
