The Esther Bra is designed specifically for C/D cups that need solid support for high impact sports, but perhaps not as much as that of the band/cup bras, such as Sisters and Queen. The strength of Esther is in the thoughtful combination of elements: our plush ribbed elastic at the chest band, wide padded straps that have stretch and no-stretch where needed, adjustable plush elastic straps at the back that can convert to straight or cross back, and finally, a unique cup design. Rather than molded, padded cups, Esther has a special heat molded liner (without removable pads) that creates encapsulation for the breasts, combined with strong and supportive compression. The net is higher support - without losing the beloved simplicity of a sports bra that is pull-on-and-go!
- Plya Interlock fabric (polyester / spandex)
- Straps are covered, padded, and stable for minimal bounce
- Adjustable and convertible straps for different levels of support
I wear 36 D and this was ok for medium impact/very easy runs. It didn't hold up to my regular pace or to the higher speed workouts. It was just bouncy enough to be annoying. It'd work in a pinch, but not an every day running bra for me.
My boobs have grown over the pandemic and I found that my go to bra, the hi-20, wasn’t supportive enough anymore. I tried the Esther on a whim about a year ago and I am in love! I wore a 2 in the hi-20 and wear a 4 in this bra. My normal bra size is 30B/C. I love that it’s supportive without feeling overly tight.
I am a 34 DD and struggle to find sports bras with enough support. This bra holds me in in all the right places and makes me feel so secure. I can't wait to get another.
Thank the heavens above that I finally found this sports bra. What took me so long? Was it here all along or is it new?!!! But I digress…I have been almost invariably disappointed in every bra I’ve tried. Few offer sufficient support for a serious runner who has the curse of boobs. All the supportive options look and feel like a straight jacket. The best option out there got acquired, redesigned (poorly,), and then discontinued. Devastating! But no more devastation for me and the girls. I bought this in every color and, so long as I cross the back straps, I don’t have one single complaint. I love this bra. It even looks cute by itself (a first for me). Please never discontinue! Oh, and it doesn’t stick out the sides with my Oiselle racing crop top either. Bonus!
This bra has great full coverage with no side boob issues and is very comfortable. Love the option to wear the straps cross or straight. This is my go to bra for my easy running days. For size reference, I’m a 34C and size 6 works perfect. Easy on and easy off.
I love this bra. I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction, and I admit my boobs are weird, but whatever combination of straps, compression, and band work really great for me. Many times the band is too tight for me and quite uncomfortable, but this one is perfect!! I love it to pieces.
Finally found the perfect running bra that gives plenty of support for a D cup without total lockdown. I wasn’t sure about it on first run as a normal bra, but after switching to the racerback option the support and comfort is PERFECT. Will be replacing all my running bras with Esthers over time. For reference I’m a 32D and the 4 fit perfectly.
I have many Oiselle bras. I have started wearing them instead of Victoria Secret! This one has super cute straps. I wore it with the Lux Mock Neck so the straps showed in the back and my friend asked if she could take a photo of it - she loved it! The bra is not as stretchy as others so a tad harder to get on and off. I wear a 32DD or size 4. It fits well once it is on! The straps are very comfy.
