Quality tights

These are my go-to tights for long runs and races--I can trust that they're flatteringly thick and won't fall down. (I usually wear a size 12 and went with a size 10 to avoid slippage, and they fit my 33-inch waist well.) The mesh pockets are a bit small for most things, but they're nice to have, and my phone fits perfectly in the back zip pocket. The only odd thing is how long they are--I'm 5'8" and still have to fold up the bottoms by at least 3 inches so they don't bunch or cover my shoes.

The gold standard of running tights

These are the best. Great compression, useful & functional pockets, comfortable, & stay put when running. Love them. More colors & a reflective strip at the ankle & they are perfect.

Go to Running Tight

The pocket joggers have become my go to running tights, and frequently what I grab for hiking as well! I just rotate between my 3/4 length and full length. For running I've found that with a little tie of the internal drawcord these tights stay exactly where I need them, even with my phone in the pockets. The back waistband pocket is a tight fit but it works! As a reference I wear a size 14.
The fabric is sturdy and works great for most weather, especially cooler weather. I especially love these on a trail because I feel like they can hold they're own. I don't feel like the fabric is going to get snagged if I sit on a rock, lol.
