Do you have a quote that guides, inspires, or embodies your training/racing/life?
"It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!" - Rocky

What was your favorite sport in middle school?
I played all sports: volleyball, basketball, track, softball. I think any sports where I had to run so mostly softball:)

Can you share your first sports bra experience?
I can't remember exactly my first sports bra story but I think I was just wearing girls pull over bras and during PE class remember thinking this is kinda uncomfortable. So I went to the Target sports section and picked out a sports bra. The rest was history.

What is your absolutely favorite piece of #flystyle and why?
Mini Stride Shorts: I love spandex shorts, all day and everyday. The stride minis just feet perfectly on the hips, booty, don't ride up and barely feel like you have shorts on.

If you could give one piece of advice to a 12 year old girl, what would it be?
Enjoy growing up. Enjoy your innocence. Don't rush it.

Tell us about your favorite place you have ever traveled to:
South Africa. Ben and I went there on our honeymoon in 2012 and it's one of the most beautiful places in the world. The terrain is a mix of Mediterranean, vast beaches, jungles, and wharf beach towns. Within hours drive you can be in what feels like a different world. The English Breakfasts and cheap wine were among the highlights of our dining experience.

What alternative career do you fantasize about?
Singing. I've always wanted to be good at singing but no matter how loud I belt out the top 40 hits, I realize some people have it and some don't. I don't:) But I still enjoy rocking out in the shower and in the car in front of my kids.

What is your superpower?
I wish my superpower was flying but if I think about a real superpower maybe it's running and racing with 2 toddlers. I don't think I have it all figured out but I try to balance the best I can so maybe it's mom super power.
