Do you have a quote that guides, inspires, or embodies your training/racing/life?
My running mantra is "run your own race." Or "steady", it helps calm me during races and realize that I can only run my best, not someone else's.

What is your favorite post-race treat?
Menchies frozen yogurt in the summer and a chocolate cappuccino in the winter.

What is your favorite place to run?
Right now the trails in Helena, MT.

Why do you run?
Runnings help me feel grounded, happy and healthy. It also helps me feel like I have a connection to my "normal", pre-baby life. I have to run, it is as much a part of me as eating or sleeping. I don't know anything else.

Where would we find you when you're not running?
Riding my bike, playing with my 2-year-old son, cooking/baking..eating :). Or going out to dinner with my husband and friends.
