In March, we were delighted to roll out a brand new Oiselle website that our team had worked tirelessly on for the prior 12 months. Since then, we’ve been upgrading our content and resources for the run community, and we are excited to highlight these new features!

Girls + Sports: In addition to our beloved Bras for Girls donation program, we now highlight resources for Growing Bodies (navigating puberty) and resources for school-age athletes, including common myths of running, coaching warning signs, and the importance of maintaining a menstrual cycle.

Athlete Resources: First, we’ve collected Oiselle training plans, warmups, and exercises all in one place, featuring Kara’s half plan, Lauren’s “Train Hard to Have Fun” marathon plan, the Dozen, and other gems! We’ll be adding new plans at regular intervals, so check back here to get your training on!

Coach Anita: Next, we are delighted to start featuring the expertise of Coach Anita Campbell. A champion runner, college coach, and HS coach, Anita shares resources for female coaches, explains running concepts to get you started, and tackles a variety of running topics like race anxiety, the importance of period health, and more. Anita will continue to add to these pages with useful information for all runners!

Women's Sports History: You may be familiar with Oiselle’s Wednesday Women’s Sports History Instagram posts and stories. We realized these stories are too important to not memorialize, so you can now find them all here (presented beautifully, if we do say so ourselves), with links to each athlete’s individual story.

Feminist Library: And finally, every house needs a Feminist Library! Books, newsletters, podcasts, with lists updated quarterly. Yes, please!

These resources are continually evolving and we welcome community input. Feel free to reach out to us on the socials, or email in to hello@oiselle.com with the subject line Website Community Pages. Happy exploring!
