Lux Watch Window Gloves

Finger tip has extra fabric inside which makes it annoying.

Positives:

These gloves are super soft and good enough for casual wear when I'm bundled in my winter jacket. They're cute and touch screen works well (sometimes I need to adjust the thumb seams so they align properly for typing). I have long fingers so I was worried they'd be too small, but I measured my palm size and bought the L-XL and they fit great!

Negatives:

- Within a few wears the left thumb seam ripped, just like another review showed.
- Soft but not quite *warm* so my fingers are cold in them during runs (wet west coast, ~5-10C).
- On the other hand, I was also expecting to wear them over my long sleeve Oiselle shirts so that as I warm up I could easily peel them off and toss in a pocket. However, it's too bulky to have them overtop of a shirt. They fit smoothly with LS shirt ontop, but then you have to undo all the thumb and watch holes, peel gloves off, put shirt cuffs back in place, which is a bit much to do while running.

Overall 3* because they are cute, soft, and fit comfortably with my Garmin. Marks docked off because of ripped seam (not the quality I'd expect for $40 Canadian on sale) and because they're not quite functional when wearing with long sleeved shirts during runs. It would be great if a future model had snaps on them to attach when not in use, although that wouldn't be comfortable with gloves under a shirt...

These gloves are great on cold runs, but they are just too delicate and don’t last for the price point. I was about to order my third pair in less than 6 months and stop to think why am I throwing good money after bad. Sadly, will look for an alternative that holds up better.

These gloves are warm, but not too warm. The watch window works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
