What is your favorite post-race meal?
Pizza or chocolate - After races, I just get what's easy...and delicious.
What is your must-have piece of running gear?
My watch, of course!
Do you have a training philosophy?
Listen to my coach. If it works, I shouldn't need to develop a philosophy of my own.
What is your favorite place to run?
Pennsylvania state game lands. They're right across from my house and there are lot's of soft trails.
Why do you run?
I run because fitness is really important to me and I like competing and being competitive.
What animal do you most resemble?
Dragon. Dragons are scary and awesome...not sure how it applies to racing, but I'd like to be a scary and awesome racer.
What is your favorite activity, when not running?
Sleeping. My bed is my favorite place in the world!
