Listen to your body; don't get greedy and take more than it's willing to give. My coach has pretty much drilled this into my brain.
What is your favorite place to run?
Steamboat Ditch in Reno; it's flat and dirt, perfect for any run or workout.
Why do you run?
I started running because I needed something to do until my mom could get me from school. But now, I run because I think it would be a waste to not use the talent I've been given. I want to see how fast I can be!
What animal do you most resemble?
A cougar because I like to hang back and feel out each race situation then attack when the time is right. Also, I went to Washington State..once a coug, always a coug.
