Why do you run?
Running is part of who I am. It keeps me healthy, happy and grounded. It has given me the confidence to do so much more than I ever thought possible. Running is an essential part of my life, like eating and sleeping. I am a stronger person because I run. I can't imagine what my life would be like without running.
What is your favorite place to run?
I love to run along the path by the Mississippi River in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
What is your favorite local running store?
Marathon Sports in Minneapolis, MN.
When you're not running where would we find you?
Biking around the Twin Cities, hiking or cross-country skiing local trails or in my kitchen making up recipes! I love to be moving and I love to cook!
What is your favorite post-race treat?
