Pepper turkey sandwich, oatmeal raisin cookie, and Diet Mountain Dew, and a margarita or three. 

What is your favorite place to run?
The hills of Portola Valley, California, along the cliffs in Marin or Eagle Creek waterfall trail in Portland.

Why do you run?
To get my best creative ideas, energize and clear my brain, and earn my shower.
