The necessary food groups...Pizza, Beer and a Snickers Bar.

What is your favorite place to run?
On every dirt and rock covered trail in McCall...right out my front door.

Why do you run?
Running throught the mountains is my chance to reconnect with myself and explor what my body is capable of enduring. There is no more exhilarating way to experience nature then tearing through a single track trail at top speed.

Where would we find you when you're not running?
Traveling to remote places climbing the side of rock faces with my fiance, Jeremy!
