Fun prints and great rise + inseam
The Spandos collection is so fun and I'm always waiting to see which prints will be released next! This season's waist band fits so well - it hugs without feeling constrictive. I haven't tried the Mini Spandos, but the 4" inseam on these are perfect! I'm 5'1" with short legs - and these are super flattering. Short enough to feel short - and long enough to feel covered. Bonus? They stay in place beautifully when I'm running. I also love the clean design of this style - always need a no pocket option in the rotation, too!

Love the length
I love the extra length of these spandos, vs. the shorter spandos version. The previous version of the spandos ride up on me quite a bit but the new shorter waistband on this version makes a huge difference!

FINALLY shorts that don't ride up!
I LOVE the feel/fabric of these shorts. They're light and stretch just enough in all the right places.
Best of all though they DON'T ride up!!! I am a proud owner of thunder thighs and have tried every variation of shorts like this from so many companies and they ALL ride up or look like biker shorts (no offense to my cyclist sisters).
Even though the pattern does stretch/turn white when it's stretched it's really not that bad and I would sacrifice that for how comfortable these shorts are.
PLEASE make these in other colors and do away with the white undertone... but I still will be buying every single pattern of these if you don't haha
- don't ride up! comfort/breathability
- pattern stretches out too much/turns white

Pros and cons!
I really wanted to love these, but was so disappointed that the print disappears/fades when the material is stretched at ALL (think over your bum or thighs).
They're soft and smooth and really comfortable, but there's also definitely a ride-up chafe factor.
Also - these run a tad big.
- Fun pattern, smooth feel
- Chafing, print distortion
Love new updated rise
I love the updated, lower rise to the waist. The shorts sat comfortably above my hips, and stayed put while I ran intervals. The longer inseam was also lovely, I enjoyed the feeling of running in these shorts with a full range of motion, without feeling too exposed.
I love these
I tried these because I was looking for a good pair of compression shorts for my next marathon. These are great. I have always had thicker thighs so "riding" is an issue with a lot of shorts. These stay put for the most part, and the material is butter soft. My only complaint is that they need some type of grip to help the legs stay in place a little more. Please make in other patterns ASAP!

More coverage not ideal for squatting
While I gravitate towards the mini length in O’s shorts I decided I wanted a slightly longer length option for squatting and such at the gym. Length deff provides more coverage and stays pretty well put. Perhaps too long and too well put as my ideal gym squatting length would be this style in a 3in right in between the available 2in on the mini and 4in on these. The real downside for squatting is when the fabric is stretched you see the white underside show through. If you’ve always pined for the silky smooth Spandos but thought the shorts were too short these are just right for you! Size fit is similar to stride shorts.

Great fit and performance, lightens when stretched
These shorts have been through a half marathon and lots of yoga classes. I didn't experience any riding up and the smooth, light weight fabric felt nice against my skin. The longer length covered me and prevented chafing, as well.
My one complaint is one mentioned in other reviews, when stretched across my bootylicious behind the fabric gets lighter. Not the look I wanted, but they're comfortable enough to forgive that flaw.
I wear a 6 in Rogas and the Medium fit perfectly.
