A little disappointed by the fit
Fall 2019. This top looks exactly like what I need - insulated front and simple lux everywhere else. I was skeptical about the fit, thinking the model in the picture wore a size too big, and I did have to size down (but I'm often in between sizes), but it does look and feel a little weird in the front. Squarish, but most importantly it rides up a little. Not enough that it bothers you on a run, but it is annoying. I'm not sure if this is specific to this year's version, as it doesn't look like that on the Insta pictures. The other issue is that, just like most O winter layers and outerwear, it is too short - making all of the above more noticeable. The sleeves are nice and long, and have room.
On the performance side, however, it works just as advertised. Warm core and torso, cool arms and back. And very soft all over. The front panel is lined with the same fluffy stuff you will find in the insulated Vim/Vigor or insulated flyout bra, but thinner. The front is windproof, and probably a little water resistant (and still very soft).
I would wear this on its own in the mid 30s. Lower than that and you might want an additional layer for your arms and shoulders. My first run with it was a workout, in 37-38F and dry, and my belly was juuust a little too warm - but my upper torso was, for once, toasty and happy. And that is just what I bought it for.
- The idea of it. The lux fabric, and the insulation in the front., the overall softness and the fact that I don't have to wear an additional layer,
- At least a good inch too short in the front, the front rides up a little.

My favorite cold weather top
I absolutely love this insulated top and wear it anywhere below 50 F. It keeps your core nice and warm. The sleeve material is very soft, too.
- I love the insulated material and the color
- Would love to see this in more colors
One of my favourite Oiselle tops. I use this for cycling, running, and cross country skiing and find it very versatile across a variety of temperatures (I most often wear if between 30-50F). It's a great option for those days that are a bit damp/windy/you just want a little extra warmth. Flattering design and super comfy.

Not for cold weather
I really wanted to love this shirt, and I think it fits great, is super cute, however, for something advertised as 'baselayer' the sleeves and back of this shirt are really thin. I live in Wisconsin, and went for a run in this in 30 degree weather (no sun, damp) and my arms and back were freezing 3 miles into the run. I love the front portion and that part is really warm, just wish the rest of the shirt. Would love if they revamped this for next winter with thicker sleeves and back for us birds that live in really cold weather!
- Fit, Style
- Not warm enough
LOVE this top! It's perfect to wear on the run, and I even sometimes wear it with jeans out and about. Nice and insulated - it will be perfect in the winter. LOVE the lux sleeves and back too! Just so good! I get so many compliments every time I wear it! The curfew color is gorgeous too!
- Lux material, insulated, CUTE
- Little tight on the back

Favorite Top for Fall/Winter
Love this top for cooler fall days when you want your core a little warmer. Plus this top layers well and fits great. The lux sleeves are super soft and the insulated chest is perfect so that you stay warm without getting too hot. There is also a hidden pocket that fits a phone!

Awesome shirt, totally cute, love the lux sleeves. My only complaint is that the zipper broke on the pocket the first time I wore it. Would get in different colors if I was guaranteed the zipper wouldn't break immediately.
- Warm, lux sleeves, comfortable
- Back is a little tight, zipper broke immediately
We're so sorry to hear that the zipper broke on your long sleeve! Please email us at [email protected] and we'll work on replacing this item for you.

Must buy! I wear this 2-3x a week!!
Great top layer!! I live in LA and didn’t think I would get much use out of this, but I do! It’s a little ‘cool’ in the mornings/late evening (around 60ish) and this keeps me warm. It’s also light enough that if I need to take it off mid run and wrap it around my waist I can. The zipper pocket is great for your keys and even fits an iPhone. I make use of this especially when running in my spa spa with no pockets. If you’re on the fence about this! Get it!!! I’ve also ran in Seattle with this! Love love love!
I bought a size medium to fit a little lose and easy over tanks and tops! I generally wear a 2 or 4 roga and the 2 in roga dress.
- Zipper pocket top. Soft.
- It’s the kind of fabric that loves pet hair

Perfect for Northwest winter
My mom bought me this for Christmas because the description made it sound like the perfect running shirt for cool, drizzly, breezy days. Mom was spot on! For nerds in the audience, it's like wearing a warm, weather-resistant breasplate but not full weatherproof armor.
Mine is all black, which makes me look like a badass running ninja, but it means I definitley have to up my visibility game for early morning runs. Not a hardship.
- Warmth where I need it, soft material.
- I can hear the zipper tab while I run.
