I hesitated to buy these because I have mini stride shorts and they creep up a lot. (To solve this, I had my husband put a bead of silicone around the leg opening and now they stay where they're supposed to!) But I thought they were cute, and decided to give them a try...I wore them today on a 15 mile run and they did not creep on me as much as I thought they would. I read the previous review that said they might not be good for longer distance runs or speed days...so that worried me a little. When I finished, they were not soaked through with sweat either. So this was a great find for me. I would love to wear them for my next race, but I won't wear light bottoms on race day because of potential potty issues...so I guess I'm going to order another pair. I ordered a large...I'm 5'7 and about 145...and I have a butt...
- Soft fabric, great pattern
- No complaints!
Perfect shortie shorts!
I purchased theses specifically for lifting (I prefer longer shorts for running, cause chaffing!). I live in Florida so it is hot and humid; these shorts held up during an outside deadlifting/jump roping/handsand push-uping workout. These shorts stayed put! They didn't ride down, didn't creep up, and they pass the squat test! And they are so soft! *These are short, so don't expect them to cover much, especially if you have a big booty and big legs.
- fit, comfort
Downtown Minis, Great Shots, not for Speed Days
The material is soft like butter, I like these shorts for walking around, yoga, stretch, gym, and short distance runs. The super soft material creeps up a little for a longer run or speed days. I like short that have a little compression for longer/harder runs like the stride shorts.
I want to wear these to bed because they are so comfy!
- Downtown print is hot! Love mini size
- Strides shorts are better than spandos for your speed days
