Runs large!
I love Rogas and have a few previous styles, but I'm so glad I listened to the other reviewers because these do run large! I'm normally an 8 in bottoms (5'10", 160lb) and I got a 6 in these and they're perfect. The "Snap" color is much more neon than pictured, but I'm ok with that!
- So lightweight and stretchy
- Size inconsistency with previous styles
Inside pockets would be nice
I love these shorts. The fabric is so comfortable. My thighs are on the bigger side and they fit my thighs perfectly. Also my butt is pretty round and the liner is perfect. The first pair of running shorts that I have found that fit my butt and don't ride up giving me a wedgie. I own many lulu shorts and the liners are for flat butts. Anyway, the only complaint that i have is that I wish the Rogas had an inside pocket for my keys and other small crap that I tend to carry. The pocket on the back is used for gels and other things. I have to wear a belt for my phone and there is no place for my keys. Runners need tons and tons of pockets. At least this runner does.

These shorts are the best. THE BEST. I love that the legs are big enough to fit my thick thighs. I also adore the 4 inch inseam. I feel like a lot of shorts are either 3 inch or 5 inch, and none of them are quite right. This 4 inch makes me feel like I'm covered while not being too long. Love, love, love. It's taking everything I have to not buy multiples of every color.

Oiselle, why ya gotta change these on me?
I am the biggest oiselle roga fan there is...but this new cut...breaking my heart because that print is super cute. I buy rogas because they aren't baggy like other shorts but these are. Please change back Oiselle!

Best Shorts Ever
These shorts are incredibly comfortable and functional. I typically wear an 8 in oiselle bottoms and I prefer clothes to be looser rather than tight. The 8 Roga shorts fit me perfectly - they stay in place but don't feel restrictive.

New cut is too baggy
5'8, size 4. The original Roga shorts were my perfect running shorts. The new shorts seem baggier with a lot of extra fabric in the legs causing them to ride and fold up between my legs, which was never a problem with the original cut. The waistband fits correctly so it's not an incorrect size issue.

Like running naked!
I have several older Rogas but I had to order the Moody Floral Print. It is a great print as expected, does not disappoint. Unlike other reviewers, I did not find that they run large; I typically wear an 8 to 10, ordered a 10, and find them a little loose as expected. Then again, I do not like tight shorts and I have, err, hips and a butt, so your mileage may vary. I wore them this morning on the first hot humid run of the season and honestly, I forgot I had them on - they are so light and comfortable on the waist and thighs. I liked the large back pocket which seems to be bigger than my older versions. Overall very happy with these shorts!

changed from previous years - these run big!
I have Roga shorts from the last few years and normally am happy with 8. these are BIG - very blousy. Not sure what they did. Also they don't have that inside credit card pocket which I like because it keeps cards separate from a phone or keys. Alas when I tried them on the tag popped off so they're mine now. Will order down in the future - hopefully they don't change again.

Finding the right fit
l'm 5'7, 130 lbs and fall between a 4 + 6 in Oiselle leggings, so my first pair of Roga shorts were a size 4. They were comfortable, but felt so short and rode up so much. I decided to try again with a size 6 and I'm really happy with my decision. They are a little loose around my waste, but they stay on and they do not ride up nearly ride up as much as my other pair. Overall comfort is excellent and I'm happy with my purchase.

Love these shorts!
normally I never leave reviews about clothes but I love these shorts. They are so comfortable and breathable, if I had an unlimited budget I would own so many pairs. The pocket is great!
Only issue was originally I ordered a 4 because that is my normal jean size and the waist was loose so I exchanged for a 2. I am 5'5" and 118 lbs (just to give a size reference).

Love the new fabric!
Love love love the waist band on these and the weight, especially the stretch of the new Roga material is amazing. I am currently pregnant and was unsure with the new fit which size would be best, turns out my same pre-pregnancy size is perfect because the extra weight I've added around my upper legs and butt stretch nicely into these but would have needed to size one up in the fit and fabric of 2017 Rogas to not feel too restricted. I honestly don't think these are much looser, or baggier, just there's more give to this new fabric. Try them out yourself!

Runs very large
I love wearing baggy shorts while running, but these take the cake in baggy! They really are exceptionally large. For comparison, I am a solid size 6 in LuLu Lemon shorts. I'm a solid size 6 in virtually all brands. So, I ordered size 6 in the pop color. I tried them on and they are very, very large. Like I need to pull the drawstring tight to keep them up large. I unfortunately took off the tags before trying them on, so I will keep them. Maybe just lounge around shorts because they slip down while running. Very disappointed. BTW, I love the color, but I was expecting more of a yellow. In fact, its more like florescent.

Run large
According to the size chart, I take a size 6. I ordered a size 6, I liked them when I put them on the first time, but they chafe my thighs. I probably could've easily went down a size or maybe even two to prevent this. They are very comfortable and I love the material, but I cannot run in them (I've tried several times). I don't generally chafe wearing shorts, but these shorts, probably because they do not fit me, allow my legs to chafe during my runs.

Summer Roga is a better fit
Good but not the best. I love the looser fit of the Summer Roga style and will definitely go for those first in my drawer when hitting the road or gym. I bought my usual size 4 in both styles. The Summer Roga just fits better over muscular thighs in my case with the softer and more flowy fabric. In comparing the Roga, Toolbelt Roga, and Summer Roga, the Roga was the smallest 4 and Summer Roga the largest.

perfect length
If you have thicker thighs and prefer a longer inseam these shorts are pretty perfect. I like the long roga shorts and have two pairs for days I don't want to show a lot of leg, but given I am 5'4 the regular roga shorts are truly the perfect length. I ran a rainy, hilly 10k in these and didn't have any chafing or required adjusting with these so they are winners in my book.

Can't get size right
These shorts are everything most reviewers say: don't ride up, comfortable, flattering, functional. LOVE the coral color. But, I got a size 8 (am usually a 6-8 in jeans but always size up for shorts for my athletic figure) and they're really big. Big in the waist, big in the legs, and (weirdest part) big in the inner brief. On the other hand, they're pretty short, both as far as leg material and super low on the belly (inches below my belly button) . I may try a 6 but fear the small/short parts would only be smaller and shorter.
