WAZZOH LONG PARKA
Somewhere between a windbreaker and a puffy jacket, is a whole range of activities that require a mid-weight over piece. Enter two very technical fabrics that work together to give you that just right layer. Pertex Microlight (also used in our Vim-Vigor styles) is water resistant, windproof, and ultra lightweight. Beneath is a new insulation for us, from the labs of Polartec. It's called Alpha Direct and it's a lightweight, fleecy liner that's designed to be next to skin, and easily handles heat and sweat. The two way zipper, from top or bottom, gives you an simple way to adjust the fit. And the generous hood is made customizable by the elastic and barrel closure. Two large zip pockets carry and secure items. But we saved the best for last: the pockets are lined with Lux, so each time you put your hands within, you'll find you never want to take them out. Wear testers have deemed this the must-have winter coat of Fall, with an exceptional warmth to weight ratio, easy packability, and no-fuss care. The overall fit is intended to work solo or over other layers.

Just got this on sale for less than half price it’s a bargain at full price.
Warm, but not stuffy. Windproof. Rainproof. Comfortable. Did I mention warm?
Size up if you wear bulky layers underneath.
And what I thought were inside pockets aren’t :( (please fix that in the next iteration)
I really love this jacket--it's warm, great in the wind, rain, snow. I love the two way zipper, I zip it up from the bottom a lot, especially when bike riding. I also love that the bright blue color makes you super visible, whether biking, running, walking, etc. The hood also does it's job--it stays up, stays in place and also fits over a hat or even under a bike helmet. Super recommend this!
I live in the Asheville, NC area and winter here can be anywhere temperature-wise, but this coat is lightweight enough for our mild winters but water and wind resistant enough for what we experience here in the mountains. I love it! A raincoat that doesn't feel clammy when you put it on and insulates just the right amount!
I wear this walking our dogs or running errands mostly. I am 5'8, 135 and always struggle between small and medium coats due to my shoulders and long arms - I ordered a small and it has a relaxed fit to wear one layer underneath - but not a bulky sweater. The sleeves are a good length and I have good mobility in it.
I haven't observed any zipper issues so far. They move easily- i have not had to struggle with them at all. I've had the coat for 2 months, Nov-Jan and it is my go to.
