I bought the shirt in a size small and it runs true to size. The shirt is a great piece for fall and spring, running with one caveat. Because of its sheer nature, it snags or rips easily. I had been extremely careful with mine, noticing others in the store that were snagged just from customer try on. However, the weather for Detroit marathon was one where a regular long sleeve would be too hot but for me personally a short sleeve would be too cold… so against my better judgment, I decided I would wear it. I knew pins (bib) would definitely rip it and we were instructed to wear it on our shirt because the marathon cross into Canada and I didn’t want to risk being flagged by the border patrol. So I purchased bib boards at the expo. Several of my friends have used them and said they were great. Sadly, my shirt now has a hole in the front. I guess on the bonus it’s only one hole instead of four. However , I am crushed. I love the shirt, the thumb holes the watch pocket, etc, and now it’s ruined.

I have two flow tanks in darker colors (black and blue) and they are a favorite to race in. Ordered long sleeve in white color - was a little more see-through than expected.

I love the concept of this shirt. I've worn it in the fall and winter and it's a perfect layer for running when it's under 50°. The watch window is a game-changer. Sadly, the first time I wore it, it began snagging during the run. On an open trail. No bushes or trees. I looked down after about 30 minutes and there were holes all over the sleeves. I have no idea how that happens but it would appear I'm not the only one. At the end of a few hour run, it looked like I had owned the shirt for 3-4 years, not one day! It has continued to get snagged on invisible branches and there are holes everywhere. I've been hesitant to make more purchases with this company since this one and only purchase started unraveling immediately. It's a shame because it's a nice light piece. Be warned that it is quite see-through. I do wear this shirt still but I wish I didn't look so disheveled with it on!
