Just About Perfect.

I am very picky about my sports bras. As a petite woman who wears a 34C, sometimes D, I need support but don't like to feel armored--a lot of bras just feel like too much bra. I don't need padding, and I don't like hardware, because after 10 miles the metal inevitably irritates my skin. My longtime favorite was the Ballard Bra, which Oiselle no longer makes (my last one is still going strong after 5 years!) Enter the Double Breasted. It's perfectly supportive without binding, has no hardware, and I barely notice it when I'm running. I could do without the seams in front, and the pads, but the pads are removable and the seams don't show when I wear dark colors (which is most of the year). The size 4 fits like a glove--the straps aren't even too long on me! I'll be buying more, once the bird prints come back in stock!

Supportive but weird

Great for a 36C on high impact runs. I really don’t like the raised stitching on the middle and sides though, it looks strange on tighter shirts and the extra material adds heat on a warm run. I want this bra, but smoother! I tried the Duo Bra but the band did not have the support that this one has.

Supporting the C-Cups

C- and D- Cups rejoice! This Double-Breasted model is supportive, with comfortable straps and the right height in front to avoid spillover. Outperforms the SweatyBetty, UnderArmor and Nike brands. Note that the front two seams are designed to be raised and can be visible under sheer fabrics, which is why only 4 stars. But I did just order three more in the light colors!
