Almost didn't buy these but glad I did!

I wasn't sure about these shorts because they look asymmetrical on the top band, but I think it's just the way they did the lighting on the product photo. There is a matching band on the other side underneath and the shorts feel even all the way around. The material is really light and super comfy. I make use of the zippered key pocket a lot and the other pockets are great! I hope this one comes back in more colors, I have it in black but would love blue, green or purple. They are my favorite warm weather shorts now, I just wore them for a race today and it was great!

Love these shorts -- sad they're not making more

These are the only shorts I have that don't ride up when running. I love the feeling of the fabric and find they're the only pair of shorts that don't annoy me. I have bought a couple pairs and wish they were continuing to produce new colors because I would absolutely buy more. I don't have any issues with the pockets. Fits car keys / gels / and other nutrition when running.

Not much of a pocket

I pretty much don't buy any tights or shorts without a generous pocket, and I was bummed that this pocket was so tiny! Might fit a car key, but that's about it. Loved the fabric--- would love to see a short in this fabric with lots more functional pockets in the future.

Love these except for the hip pocket

I'll echo what other reviewers have said. Love the shorts--comfy, don't ride up, great fabric. The hip pocket is not good for a phone though and that's what I want it for. Too high up so my iphone sticks out at the top. Can't wear a hydration belt with them because of that. Pocket would be fine for a gel maybe but it should be lower for anything with bulk.
