TRIPLE THREAT CAPRIS
Introducing the newest style in our effort to create practical garments that are also design-worthy stunners. Like its predecessor, the Pocket Jogger Capris, this style is well-pocketed (five!), is high-waisted (flattering, comfortable!), and provides that runner-essential piece that can straddle all kinds of temperatures and mileage (versatile!). Made in our best-selling Nyelle™ fabric, it also offers deep rich color, and a soft, supportive stretch that holds up run after run, and wash after wash.
- Nyelle Compression (nylon / spandex)
- rear zip pocket
- two side waist mesh pockets
- two side leg pockets that fit a phone
- interior drawcord
- 18" inseam (size 4)
- constructed with Bluesign Approved Fabrics
These are so comfortable and perform well. As other people have said, be sure to size up from your normal Oiselle size for bottoms. They stay up while running (seems like all running bottoms should, but I've definitely found that other brands' bottoms do NOT!) and I love that there are deep pockets that fit my phone. So happy I got these!
The waistband definitely pinches. I have some spillage. You may want to size up: these are smaller than other Oiselle pant styles. The fabric is thick and better for colder weather. Lots of pockets. Blue is a good color. The fabric feels compressive to me.
I fell in love with the pocket jogger capri which fit me perfectly (12) and are my favorite tights Iv ever owned. That being said I thought these would be similar enough since I believe they are the updated style, however, they do not fit the same. I have 2 pairs of the pocket jogger identical fit but these are so tight in the waist. Im not sure what happened but the waist almost digs in while the pj fit comfortably. IM hesitate to go up a size because the 12s fit so perfectly while not falling or sagging which iv had trouble with in other brands.
I have several pairs of these and they have been my favorite, however, the newest pair fits very differently than my older versions. The waist is SO SMALL. They are also much shorter, and creep up my leg to bunch behind the knee when running. If you insist on buying a pair, definitely size up!!! I will definitely be looking for a new capri.
These tights are great but the sizing a little off. I’m 5’2 and 150, thighs and a booty, ordered a size 8 after reading reviews on the snug waist. They fit but definitely a snug when taking on and off when it comes to my thighs and booty. I do like the feel of support in the waist though but just a little too tight. Overall, I did keep these leggings. I like the design with pockets and colors (ordered rising sun)! I would like to see some adjustments on the waistband and perhaps a lighter fabric. I had “peed myself” sweat stains after a quick 2 mile run in the New England summer humidity.
I've loved this design since it first came out (the style had a different name, and awesome reflective fabric panels, but the same pockets) and ran my first (and to-date only) marathon in them. After having a baby last August, I got another pair, one size bigger, and noticed the different fabric, which was heavier than before but still quite nice. They fit really well, stay put, and have withstood many washings (even the mesh parts, which I was a little skeptical about when I first purchased). But I recently ordered another pair in the Rising Sun color and was disappointed in two things: 1) this new pair gives me muffin top, and 2) when I tried them on with blue underwear underneath, that showed through the capris. These are going back, sadly. I love Oiselle but wish that there was more consistency in the sizing of their bottoms.
I love my tripe threats. When I first tried them on they felt snug, in particular the waist but after reading other reviews, I sized up. I love the pockets and the high waist. I have worn the tights in all types of weather and am impressed with their versatility.
I have three pairs of these (purchased over about 1 year) that I wear regularly because I love the pockets, zipper pouch, and fabric. Each pair I have fits a little different, one is perfect, one is a little tight, and my most recent pair is so tight and squeezes me uncomfortably until I'm about 2 miles into my run. While they aren't compression, they stay up nicely and I appreciate they don't slide down at all. However, the legs do slide up every time into the back of my knees, and because they have mesh there, it is really uncomfortable. They hold up in the laundry really well. Given all that, these are still my go to running pants.
