It all started when we met this fabric from Switzerland... We knew we were powerless against it, and would need to make an amazing piece of outerwear. Enter the Trackside Jacket. Its design intent: to be the any-weather over-coat of the muddy, fall season of cross country and trails. Its magic is its fabric: a weather-resistant soft shell outside with a thick, micro-fleece inside. Its length, long enough to cover almost any clothes, from post-race shorts to work day denim. A new classic, designed to last.

I love this jacket, I ordered a Medium it's semi fitted but I've been able to wear a down vest underneath for extra insulated warmth and it's incredibly flattering. It's by far the best jacket I have with the weird flux of weather we get on the east coast! It works for out at a track meet, cross country race, coaching soccer and for a stroll through some local gardens in jeans and boots!
The outer shell is super soft and definitely repels the water during a rainy day but it's super soft on the inside to make you feel comfy. I think after having this jacket and how much I've already worn it the price is worth it!
This is a favorite coat of mine. It is one of those coats that keeps you warm when it is cold out, but you don't overheat in mild weather. Despite the slim appearing cut, it is possible to layer underneath. The soft lining and the stretchy shell make for a very, very comfy jacket. I have watched many raining tennis matches, soccer games, traveled near and far, worn it over dress up clothes and tossed it on after muddy runs and rides. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the lack of a hood. If it had a hood I'd give this jacket a million stars. This coat is like the first cup of coffee, it does not disappoint, it's warm, and it performs when you need it.
In my opinion, this is the best jacket Oiselle has ever made. The material is so premium: very water-resistant, brushed and soft fleece on the inside, generous pockets for all of the things, and a protective reflective stripe. I like this jacket for formal functions, coaching in weather, bundling over a fleece in 20 degree weather, and especially traveling. I've worn it 100's of times and it still looks brand new. It's spendy and so worth it.
