Our Basic Bird Tights fit much like the Lux Life Tights (high-rise, wide-fit waistband with a 2-in-1 pocket) but in a high compression fabric (made of 82% recycled polyester and 18% spandex).

super comfortable

132 lbs 5'6" and I bought size 4. Took it out for a 5 mile run in 40 degree weather. Not much compression but this is the most comfortable leggings ever. I am back debating to buy more pairs! Not too thin but not thick so panty lines will be visible (if that matters to you). Did not feel cold but I probably will not wear it when it is 35 degrees and under.

Strange fit

I just got these in my usual size and tried them on. The waist is fine, but everything else feels a little small. I’m 5’11” and they’re 7/8 length so maybe they’re for shorter people than me. I’m going to keep them and see because I got them during the winter sale and I think they’ll be okay.

Perfect simple tights

These tights are my favorite. Not too thick, not too thin, and no bells and whistles. I love the rise. I love the length. I hope that they eventually come in more colors. Fit true to my usual oiselle size (8).

Disappointed…

Had high hopes but sad to say that I’m disappointed in these… I have a pair of the reversible bird hugs and they are the best pair of running tights I’ve ever owned. I wanted something similar and 7/8 so thought I’d give these a try. Took them on a test run today with bad results. I think they run large- I got a 4 (same as my bird hugs, which fit perfectly) and they didn’t feel as compressed as I thought they should but I decided to keep them.. Bad call. They kept falling down (even worse when I tried putting my phone in the back pocket), and I kept having to pull them up. They didn’t have the nice “hug” feeling all over- just a smidge loose in weird places like around the knees and in the hip area. The waist is too high and therefore awkward for where your phone sits in the pocket. The seams in the crotch were irritating while I was running. I’m worried to try a smaller size and have to return them and pay for shipping in addition to biting the cost of these that I can’t return now.. This is the second pair of Oiselle tights I’ve gotten in a size that according to the size chart should fit me perfectly but somehow don’t.. I don’t know that I’ll be ordering any more. Overall super disappointed and wished I’d returned them instead of keeping them.
