Description

Updated with thoughtful details that will make this a go-to weather protecting shell. First, because runners heat up quickly, we added more venting, for temp regulation and comfort. In the back, there's a mesh panel with an overlay of shell material, that is then open to the air (while still providing protection from wind, rain, etc.) Second, we added zip vents at the hem, on each side, so you can find that perfect fit and stay cooler when needed. An essential piece for your outdoor layering system. Seattle Showers Anorak fit is relaxed but not loose, and easy to take on/off as needed.

Really Beautiful!

I love the print, the thoughtful ventilation areas, and the side zips on the hip, as well as the elasticized cuffs that I can push up if I get overheated. However, I did goof with the sizing…I’m 8 months pregnant and bought this for running, postpartum, but it will be too big for that. It’s an XL and fits me now, but hey at least I get to wear a cute rain jacket today in the rain. :) (size ref. I’m 5’1”, 8 months preggo, 200 lbs, with a 41” bust, bought size XL which fits perfectly right now except that the sleeves are a bit long).

Wet but warm

This is not for a consistent rain, maybe a light sprinkle, you will be wet. But, you won’t be cold and wet. The saving grace of this jacket was that I stayed warm even though I was definitely not dry. My arms were wet within 0.5 mile of light rain, and after my 5 mile run I was still warm even though I was stuck in the jacket from being wet.
This is GREAT for wind, though! Wore this during 40mph gusts hiking, and it held up.

great versatile jacket

I love that the jacket has a front pocket and a tight hood when needed. The sleeves are nice and long so I can cover my hands if needed.
The only negative, was the the snap inside the neck, to wrap the hood up if needed, came off the very first time I put it on. I sewed it back on myself and was good to go.

I had high hopes

This one’s just OK for me. Ive worn this in the rain heavier than a sprinkle I’ve had puddles in my sleeves. I love the color but don’t think it functions as well as it is meant to.
