As runners, we’ve all experienced a post-performance moment where we feel like the culmination of our efforts over the past several months falls short of giving us the outcome we deserved. ON "STRONG" BY THE O COMMUNITY

I want to feel strong - This is the response we so often hear when we ask women how they want to feel when they run. Strength is a descriptor an increasing number of women are identifying with.
