How to Wear Gray + Fresh Green
Gray + fresh green is easily my favorite color story from Oiselle's S14 collection. After seeing the combo on runways and street style, I love being able to carry the trend into my running life.
Here are a few of my favorite ways to wear the color combo:
The no brainer: all in one, work's already done. Like the spring funnel neck, bird lion, long road tank, mac roga, and lf sweatpants.
There is no end to the layering combinations! Lux side zip and distance shorts, flyte short sleeve and lux armwarmers, or the above with timeout sweatpants, distance shorts, new lesko shimmel and glovers.
Almost as easy as the all-in-one, the one, two, run! Loving the big o burnout raglan and distance short.

Core Routine For Runners: The Dozen
I was introduced to the "The Dozen" in the winter of 2012 by my favorite Oregon running family. I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required! You can do this on a grass field, in your hotel room, or really anywhere you can lay on a flat surface.
Reflecting on the Year of the Underbird
This past August, we launched our Year of the Underbird program: an open application for aspiring Olympic Trials marathoners, with a promise to select 5 women for a 6 month contract encompassing a stipend, gear, storytelling, and community support.
