Post-Run Refresh: Take it to the Wall

Sometimes, things take priority over stretching. It’s at those times that it’s good to remind yourself that, even if you’re low on motivation or time, anything is better than nothing. And, there is a secret weapon for just these moments: the wall! You can always find a wall somewhere between your last stride and the shower, which takes the effort out of re-lengthening muscles, and leaves pretty much no excuse not to hit reset on stiff hips, hammies, and shoulders. The following sequence only takes 5 minutes.

UW Invite #OutoftheShell

The UW Invite is coming up! Buckle your seatbelts. It’s gonna be a hot meet and we are excited to welcome 7 Haute Volée racers to the awesome Dempsey Track Feb 1st, to kick off the indoor season and a great year of running. We know all of these ladies have been training #femininefierce with an extra helping of fierce. We can’t wait to watch our birds fly and hope to see you there!
