What is your favorite place to run?
Favorite run ever was in the north west of Scotland, right along the coast! Absolutely magical! Stateside, my favorite run is around Folsom Lake in Folsom, California. There is nothing like watching the sun rise over the hills and water during a beautiful trail run. Looking forward to new favorite place here in Ohio!

Why do you run?
I run because nothing gives me the joy that running does. When I run, I feel free.  Quite simply, I run because I can; an injury almost took running away from me, and I was told I would never run again, so every day I can run now is a gift.

Where would we find you when you're not running?
Mountain or road biking, traveling with my hubby, snuggled up with my kindle or cooking.

Movie: Pride and Prejudice (2005 version) because it is such a classic story and such a visual treat.

Book: Assuming my Kindle would be considered cheating for my book, I would be happy with anything by J.R. Ward. Escapism at it's best!
