Why do you run?
Because I can! I lost a friend several years ago due to complications from a double-lung transplant. I have another friend whose son has Muscular Dystropy and is confined to a wheelchair. They both inspire me and remind me what a gift it is to be able to run.

When you're not running where would we find you?
Probably in the kitchen because half of my family are vegetarians and have multiple food allergies so I cook most everything from scratch!
